Also qualified in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin classes for more gentle energy flow and less advanced practices.

PRIVATE one2one sessions - I have a number of private clients who find one2one works perfectly for them. Tailoring to individual needs and providing careful attention to specific requirements/injuries or target areas, result in valued improvements and great achievements for any level and ability.

N.B.

Vinyasa means “to link.” It’s a moving, breathing meditation. Ashtanga Vinyasa is the science of sequencing techniques of breath control (pranayama), bandha control (energy centers in the body) and drishti (gaze control) to create physical and mental transformation.

LANDMARK HOTEL – I am affiliated with this grand old hotel in Marylebone as a recommended private yoga teacher, promoted directly to their hotel guests and gym members.

INDABA STUDIO – Rated London’s premier yoga studio, Indaba has a private studio I access for very small groups or individual sessions.

I am available for private classes at home or your place of work, to suit you. Currently teaching at studios and private venues in Clerkenwell, Covent Garden, Soho, Marylebone and Notting Hill, I am based in Central London and am happy to travel to most areas within reason. Breathing and meditation exercises can be added in if required.
